Shipping & Returns
We use Australia Post to ship all items. A tracking number will be emailed to you with confirmation of shipping. Please use your tracking number for an estimated time of arrival.
Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number should you have any queries regarding the delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund after this time
We will accept returns for faulty goods. A replacement or refund will be offered. We do not accept returns for incorrect choice.
All returns, exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of Kooky Glass Art.
Any refund will only be processed once the item is received back and inspected by us. If approved a credit will be applied immediately to your credit card or original method of payment. We will email you to confirm our action.
We will always strive to settle any issues you have regarding our products. If you need to return or require an exchange please email email@example.com
Any product agreed by us to be returned should be posted to: Amanda Conway, Kooky Glass Art, 15 Heirisson Way, North Coogee, WA, 6163, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return and recommend that you consider a traceable service as we cannot guarantee to receive your item.
